Kyle Lee Radvany was born September 19, 1984 in Greenbrae, California. Raised in Pine River, Minnesota, at the age of 13 years old he started his culinary adventure. While pursuing his passion in the culinary art, where he attended LeCordon Bleu in Mandota Heights, Minnesota, where he received his degree (Culinary Arts). In 2004 Chef Radvany accepted the position of kitchen manager at Chianti Grill in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Kyle Radvany’s culinary career began early on, inspired by his mentor and his love and respect for quality and tradition. After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu age 20, Kyle sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity.

In January 2009, Chef Radvany accepted the Sous Chef at Blue Chip Casino, in Michigan City, Indiana, while working in many different areas of the casino. After a few years he was trusted with large events like the Eby-Brown and the high rollers parties. In 2014 Chef Radvany left Blue Chip Casino, receiving a position as Horseshoe Casino’s Buffet Sous Chef in Hammond, Indiana. In Chef Radvany’s stay with the company, he was able to receive funds for (capital improvement) to improve the quality of the food, Chef Radvany received (Caesars Award) for people’s choice for best food.

Chef Kyle Radvany has been professionally cooking for 25 years, taking the lead as Executive Chef of (BMO Harris Bank Arena and Toyota Arena) for SMG Savor in 2015 in his time he challenges himself in taking on large parties such as (General Mill, Chrysler, and Best of Preps) which they are plate-ups for 1000+, which he received recognition from Best of Preps for having the best dining experience, which now is an annual event.

Today, Chef Kyle Radvany can be found spearheading new projects and revamping existing concepts for the 84 Italian Steakhouse for Radisson BLU in his role as Executive Chef. He continues his quest for inspiration with new challenges that will add a creative touch to his dishes but stays true to what he knows matter most, the refined details. A meal by Chef Radvany is not one to be easily forgotten as his dishes are created with a passion for food and a love for his industry.

Chef Radvany has a remarkable talent to push himself to create things people have not witnessed yet, and the drive to impress anyone with his food, therefore we will be seeing what adventure he’ll be taking on, and enthusiastic in seeing what he is going to do next.
